Those web ads over there? Uh – nobody sees them

It’s not that people don’t like web ads. Turns out – nobody even sees them.
I can understand that. After awhile, you know where they’re going to be and what pictures they use. And there are only so many Punch the Monkeys you can take before you just start to filter them out.

I have adblock running, I avoid ads at all cost. I think the problem is I’m so burned out by the obnoxious cover my screen, talking to me, punch the monkey ads, that I avoid them all now. Which hurts the people who don’t use ads irresponsibly.

I can’t see them either. Adblocker plus does a pretty good job with no fine tuning, but if it does miss one, it’s a one click thing to block them.
