Keep Oil High! Wait – what?

Posted by John Hummel on October 22, 2008

Many people said that once the price of gas hit $4 a gallon, that people would accept $3.00 without any trouble, and forget that it used to be $2.00 not too long ago.

Seems that OPEC is thinking the same thing, because they’d really like to keep oil up to $100 a barrel – more profit for them, weeee!

I think we have a good enough reason to push for alternative energy, more public transportation, and if I had my way, a national bullet train system stretching from New York to Seattle to San Diego to Orlando and back up to New York again.

But that’s me.
